CDV I will be home to 90 households, 88 of which will earn between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income and two apartments set aside for managerial staff of the buildings. The total unit mix will be comprised of 18 studios, 27 onebedrooms, 23 two-bedrooms, and 22 three-bedroom apartments. Half of all units will be set aside for households that have experienced homelessness and the remaining will be made affordable to low-income individuals and families.
Apartment amenities will include a full kitchen, bathroom, heating and air conditioning. Those apartments reserved as permanent supportive housing (PSH) units will be fully furnished. The apartment complex will feature large community spaces, an indoor community room and kitchen, parking, secured pedestrian entry, management and supportive service offices, bike storage, private courtyard areas, and on-site laundry. It will be developed to model healthy and environmentally-friendly design practices through water reuse and recapture systems and solar PV.
