Avenida will rehabilitate the current Avenue Hotel located at the meeting point between the Koreatown and Rampart Village neighborhoods. Avenida will serve entirely chronically unhoused households in Los Angeles. When completed, Avenida will contain 76 studio units, laundry facilities, supportive service and property management offices, an update of all fire life safety, additional security system features, ADA-upgrades, and a community room.
