The project is in close walking distance to Wilshire Boulevard, a major arterial road that provides access through the city of Los Angeles. Nearby amenities include MacArthur Park, St Vincent’s Hospital, public transit, and other essential shopping services. The property features 9 three-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments, 2 one-bedrooms and 4 studio apartments.
Burlington Family Apartments is a newly constructed four-story building featuring gated secured parking, a secured pedestrian entry, a resident lounge equipped with computer stations, an edible garden, and a community kitchen. CBH partners with Amanecer Community Counseling Services to provide on-site supportive services for residents that focus on physical and mental health, independent living skills, money management and residential stability.
Ocean Park Community Center coordinates resident services to link residents with local community groups to provide additional services such as movie and game nights, reading groups, spiritual groups, arts and crafts, cooking classes, nutrition classes, substance abuse counseling, anger management and non-violent conflict resolution classes, legal assistance, and volunteer opportunities.
