Michael manages housing development from pre-development to lease, including coordinating purchase, architecture, construction, and resident services. Michael has an eclectic background in urban planning, public finance and economic development.
Before joining CBH, Michael served as a financial analyst, helping to finance infrastructure improvements in California, New Mexico, and Illinois. At the USC Center for Economic Development, Michael completed a feasibility study of a proposed tribal retail development project in rural Riverside County. Michael also served on the board of the Hometown Housing Partnership as the organization undertook its first affordable rental housing project. Michael holds a Master of Planning degree from USC.
